NON FIRE RATED

All DOUBLE LEAF non fire rated frames have the following specifications:

• 4 x 100*75mm screw fix hinges supplied and fitted (2 on either side of the frame)
• Made from 1.1 Zincanneal
• Assembled Unprimed
• 1 set of 10 x wire ties is supplied with each brickwork or blockwork frame where stud clips have not been purchased.

STUD CLIPS

Each packet of stud clips includes 16 clips. Typically, one packet is enough per frame. These are sold separately.

Door Frame Profiles

N93 Profile is typically used for 90mm brick or block work. It can also be used in stud applications with 64mm stud and 13mm plasterboard on either side + stud clips. Please note you must purchase stud clips separately for stud and plasterboard application. 13mm stud clips are required for this application. 

N114 Profile is typically used for 110mm brick or block work. It can also be used in stud applications with 92mm stud and 10mm plasterboard on either side + stud clips. Please note you must purchase stud clips separately for stud and plasterboard application. 10mm stud clips are required for this application.

We aim to deliver orders placed before 12pm within Sydney Metro the next business day on a Ute or Hiab Truck.

Orders outside Sydney metro should be expected 1 to 2 days later. Unfortunately at present we only deliver this product to Sydney and selected areas in NSW.

Please note that truck deliveries with a hiab are only able to lift material off the truck and into the boundary of your front or back yard, we cannot guarantee an exact location or for the material to be lifted above ground floor (first floor or above) due to various factors.
