Shop Lintels By Application

15 products

Incorrect lintel selection leads to deflection, cracking, and non-compliant masonry. Span width, wall type, and imposed brick loads determine the required lintel capacity and profile. Selecting by application reduces specification errors and ensures correct load transfer.

This range includes R3 hot-dip galvanised steel angle lintels, steel T-Bars, and precast concrete lintels, grouped by opening type including windows, doors, garages, and cavity walls. Steel T-Bars are suited for large openings like garage doors. Standard steel angle lintels suit exposed face brickwork. Render Bars are modified angle profiles designed for rendered or plasterboard-finished brickwork where the steel is concealed. Precast concrete lintels are used in single or double brick walls where fully covered by render or lining. Products are manufactured for masonry support in accordance with AS2699.3 and AS3700.

Common residential span lengths are stocked to suit standard brickwork construction. Profiles are available for single brick, double brick, and cavity wall systems. Sydney Metro orders are dispatched same or next business day on stocked sizes.
