Our Tube Fixed Door Frames are designed specifically for retrofit installations into existing masonry or concrete walls.
Unlike traditional brick-in frames, which must be installed while the wall is being constructed, tube-fixed frames allow installers to fit the frame after the wall has already been built. This makes them the ideal solution for renovations, upgrades, and completed openings where brick-in ties cannot be used.
Manufactured from 1.1mm Zincanneal steel, these frames provide excellent corrosion resistance and a smooth surface ready for finishing. The profile is designed to suit 35–37mm doors, making them compatible with most common door applications.
When installed with compliant doors and hardware, these frames can achieve fire ratings of up to 2 hours.
